PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Return Policy

Printed Books

You may return an unused print book within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery or those in non-resalable condition are not eligible for a refund.


Electronic Books (eBooks)
Sales of all eBooks are final; no returns are accepted. To gain a full understanding of the book, please carefully read the eBook product description and view the table of contents prior to your purchase. In addition, you may call Customer Care at 800-252-1578, ext. 2, to resolve any questions you may have. Customer Care will work with you to resolve any technical difficulties you may experience with your eBook order.

Subscription-based Products
You may cancel your subscription to a newsletter or other subscription-based product within 30 days of initial product delivery and receive a full refund, minus shipping charges, if applicable. Beyond the 30-day period, you will receive a full refund, minus any applicable handling charges and a prorated amount for any received issues.

Webcast CDs & CD-ROMs
You may return an unopened audio CD or CD-ROM within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping charges. CDs that are returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund. (If you discover that the CD is defective after the package is opened, a replacement will be granted.)

On-Demand Webcast Seminars
Sales of MedLearn webcast seminars, when accessed online, are final; no returns are accepted. Webcasts purchased on CD may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as the CDs are in their original condition and packaging.

Live Seminars
If you are unable to attend a MedLearn live seminar, you may cancel your registration or transfer it to another individual. If you cancel, please document your cancellation request, using your organization’s letterhead, and send it to MedLearn via U.S. mail, fax or e-mail. Cancellations received more than five weeks before the seminar date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received three to five weeks prior to the seminar date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received within three weeks of the seminar date are not eligible for a refund. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to another person at no charge; we only ask that you notify us of the transfer. If you do not cancel or transfer your registration, as described above, you are liable for the full seminar fee.

Live Webcast Seminars
If you are unable to participate in a MedLearn webcast seminar, you may cancel up to one week prior to the webcast/audio seminar date and receive a full refund, minus any applicable handling charges. If you cancel within one week of the webcast seminar date, you'll receive your choice of a CD recording or on-demand viewing of the webcast seminar or a credit applicable to another MedLearn product or service.

Shipping Returns
MedLearn strongly recommends choosing a shipping method that is traceable and/or insuring your parcel with your shipper. MedLearn is not responsible for product loss or damage which occurs during shipping; please exercise care in packaging a returned item. You are responsible for return shipping charges. IMPORTANT: Please call 800-252-1578, ext. 2, before returning any product.

 

MedLearn Webcast System Requirements

Access privileges:
The purchase of a MedLearn webcast seminar allows one or more individuals within a single site to participate in the session through one computer. Other sites or facilities within the same healthcare organization must purchase the webcast separately. MedLearn webcasts may not be rebroadcast or otherwise disseminated.
System requirements: To participate in a MedLearn webcast seminar, you will need a computer with a high-speed internet connection and speakers or headphones. If you require a phone line for the webcast audio, please contact MedLearn Customer Care at 800-252-1578, ext. 2. We have a limited number of phone lines available for each webcast; they are allotted to large groups and may be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shipping & Handling Fee

On all web store orders, MedLearn charges a shipping & handling fee of $9.95 per item. For example, if you ordered three books (same title, or three different titles), the total shipping & handling fee would be $29.85.

Special Coupon Codes/Discounts/Packages

All special coupon codes, discounts & package prices are available for a limited time, and may not be combined with any other discount or special offer.
