She possesses more than 25 years of healthcare industry experience, including 16 years in the clinical setting. At Panacea, Ms. Zweifels duties include conducting procedure coding and chargemaster assessments, reviewing operations for regulatory compliance and assisting in the implementation of facility compliance programs. Among her responsibilities are coding and compliance audits for outpatient medical oncology and pharmacy, specific to drug administration service lines. In addition, Ms. Zweifel is a contributor to MedLearn Publishing infusion services publications. She leads the development of Panaceas CDMAuditors CDM Coding & Compliance module and contributes to a number of publications and web-based products that help providers maintain regulatory compliance, while ensuring positive revenue outcomes.

Kim Enriquez, RHIA, CCS, CHC, AHIMA Approved ICD-10 Trainer, is Vice President of Clinical Consulting Services HIM at Panacea Healthcare Solutions. She has 20+ years of experience in health information management, revenue cycle, project management and information systems. At Panacea, Kim oversees the operations of this division ensuring quality, compliant, timely and up to date services. Clinical HIM consulting services include ICD-9 and ICD-10 audits, MS-DRG and APR-DRG audits, various outpatient APC/CPT audits, specialty audits such as infusion and IR, as well as various staff education. Prior to joining Panacea, Kim managed HIM Consulting Services and supervised 17+ employees and the daily operations of that division.
