Ms. Richmond is a Senior Healthcare Consultant at Panacea Healthcare Solutions with more than 20 years of experience in billing, coding, and compliance. Previous work includes serving as coding services manager for a computer-assisted coding company, as well as billing, coding, and compliance responsibilities at a practice management and billing company. Ms. Richmond is a frequent contributor to several print and online coding resources, along with presenting seminars on coding to various organizations.
Mr. Flint is President of Complete Practice Resources, a healthcare education, consulting and software company headquartered in Slidell, Louisiana. He formerly served as CEO of a large, multi-specialty physician group and full-service management services organization (MSO) and was credentialed as a Certified Professional Coder through AAPC. He has authored or co-authored numerous practice management books and implementation manuals, including The Managed Care Guide. Mr. Flint is a nationally known consultant, speaker and educator, with special expertise in simplifying the complex. He currently serves on the editorial board of ICD-10monitor, a division of Panacea Healthcare Solutions.
